When Freedom Forgets Love

ARE YOU ALLOWING KNOWLEDGE OR TRADITIONS TO TAKE PRECEDENT OVER ACTING IN LOVE? Today’s message taken from 1 Corinthians 8:1-13, emphasizes the consequences when the actions of believers are controlled by knowledge or tradition instead of love. When church traditions conquer love, we as a church are getting it wrong.

If we let traditions take priority over love, we can cause others within the church to stumble and be led astray. 1 Corinthians 8:1 informs us that “while knowledge makes us feel important, it is love that strengthens the church”.
