We’re Not OKAY – Why We Still Don’t Come

ARE YOU AVOIDING DOING SOMETHING RIGHT? Today’s message is taken from John 3:19-21 (NLT). In this passage, Jesus enlightens us to the fact that we avoid doing what is right, not because we love the darkness, but because we fear our wrong-doing will be exposed. We would rather manage what’s killing us than step into the light that can heal us.

If we need help to do what is right, we can come to Jesus – the light of the world – where we can find rescue from our brokenness and the courage to follow His will. You can stay hidden … or you can be healed … but you can’t be both!
