In Genesis 2:18-24, God established marriage as the foundation of all other institutions. Marriage must be viewed as a covenant (not a contract) by which two partners are committed to each other and their children for life. Whether married or single, we are all called to serve one another with God’s love and forgiveness. Our prayer is that “God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven”!
