The Sin God Refuses To Forgive?

WHAT IF I’VE COMMITTED THE UNFORGIVABLE SIN? Jesus’ words in Matthew 12:22-32 provide the answer to this question that haunts so many of us. The Pharisees accuse Jesus of healing a dumb and blind man by the power of Satan himself. This blasphemous response to the work of the Holy Spirit is the result of their hardened, willful and persistent rejection of the Spirit’s testimony about Jesus – deliberately calling God’s work evil. If you feel guilty of a similar rejection of God’s power, Jesus provides a safety net in Matthew 12:31: “Every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven.” Will you bring the sin you think God cannot forgive to the throne of grace? God’s grace is anchored in His power, not our perfection!
